This Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal information relating to subscribers and customers of Pharmfinders. In this Privacy Policy, "Pharmfinders" means Pharmfinders Limited (Co. no. 05354562) which also incorporates pharmfinders.co.uk.  Pharmfinders Limited's offices are registered at Suite 109/110 Lovell House, Birchwood Park, Warrington, WA3 6FW.

Pharmfinders is committed to abiding by this Privacy Policy, as well as the requirements of applicable laws, in the operation of its business.  Please read this policy carefully as it explains the kinds of personal information we collect about you and how it is handled.

Your registration information

All the details you supply about yourself as part of the registration process are stored by us. We use that information to provide you with information you have requested.

Your profile and CV

When you register with Pharmfinders (either by phone, email or on-line via pharmfinders.co.uk), the information we store about you is NOT made available to recruiters registered with Pharmfinders unless you specifically indicate that you wish this to happen. Recruiters registered with pharmfinders.co.uk who ask for CVs matching your registered details will receive your CV and profile only if you have specifically indicated that you wish this to happen by uploading your CV to pharmfinders.co.uk database and selecting the option to make the CV publicly available. These may be direct recruiters, employment consultants or other organisations.

Note: Your present employer may have registered to receive CVs from pharmfinders.co.uk. We cannot stop the clients who have access to CVs on our database and cannot be held responsible for any eventuality. You have the option of remaining anonymous as part of the registration process on pharmfinders.co.uk. Pharmfinders Limited will also use site data to track employment trends. This information will not be linked to any specific personal information about users.

When you 'apply online' we store some information about you in your personal area; this data is protected by your password and only you can access it. You can delete your personal account at any time. Customers of Pharmfinders can only see your CV if you have consented to this. If you use the pharmfinders.co.uk CV database, it is your responsibility to ensure that your details are kept up to date. We recommend you update your CV every three months, especially if your contact details have changed.

Pharmfinders Limited reserves the right to remove CVs that include any content that we consider to be illegal or offensive.

Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by us on your computer which enable us to identify your computer when you access the pharmfinders.co.uk website. The cookies we use protect the integrity of registered user names and passwords. We also use cookies to collect data information about our site. No personal information is held on cookies. You may decline or accept cookies. If you decline you will not be able to access the personalised areas of the site. This means you will not be able to access your candidate profile, register your CV or set up any jobs by e-mails. We strongly recommend you accept cookies.

Site data

We provide aggregate site data about site visitors to recruiters, customers, advertisers, suppliers and other reputable third parties. We do not include any information that enables them to identify you.

Site security

The site is protected against unauthorised access using the latest security devices and firewalls.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to add to or amend this Privacy Policy at our sole discretion, without prior notice to you.  Please review our Privacy Policy on a regular basis to make sure you have read the latest version and you understand what we do with your personal information.  Your continued use of our services or our web sites following the posting of changes to these terms means that you consent to those changes.
